There are more and more group fitness classes that pregnant women can attend. And that is fantastic. This is new. For years the only option was Prenatal Yoga. And for the advanced athlete or seriously strong exerciser this was not enough.
The financial commitment of hiring a personal trainer during your pregnancy can be offsetting for some. Paying $35 or $40 for a group class can feel better but here is the difference.
In any group class setting you will never get complete individual attention. Nor will you get a truly tailored program for yourself. Even if you are attending a prenatal group class that is safe it’s not 100% tailored for you.
